The Nauticus Business Center is a commercial property near Bern. Following renovation, the building is to be quickly re-let.
The aim is to advertise the center and the individual business premises online in an attractive and highly recognizable way in order to appeal to potential customers.
We developed a word and figurative mark for Nauticus, inspired by the iconic floor plan of the building, which is reminiscent of a ship.
Based on this, we designed various print products to market the property. Finally, we created a search engine-optimized website for the online marketing of the building.
