Task

Both publisher and author are to receive a brand identity with logo.

Both are to be oriented in mood and appearance to the texts of the two and visually reflect the cozy, Nordic flair.

Our solution

The typeface for the two wordmarks is visually reminiscent of old typewriter fonts and is intended to establish a link to the publisher and the author.

The color scheme is inspired by the Nordic forests, which also play a central role in Saskia's novels.

Pablos, the eponym of the publishing house, was chosen as the logo. The model was the author's photograph in which Pablos makes himself comfortable on his favorite blanket.
