The Nauticus Business Center is a business property near Bern. The building has been renovated and is now to be re-let in the shortest possible time.
The center and the individual business premises are to be advertised online attractively and with recognition value for potential customers.
We developed a word and figurative mark for Nauticus based on the building's iconic floor plan, which is reminiscent of a ship.
We then designed various print products aligned with the new brand to market the property.
Finally, we developed a search engine optimized website for online marketing of the building.
